The goal of this project is to find an interesting, random non-partison statistic about voting and create a visually eye-catching way to convey the statistic using a motion graphic. The motion graphic should be informative, attention-grabbing and easy to understand. The point is to get someone interested by using color, graphic images, sound, scale, etc. It should grab the attention and create interest for people who do not usually read about politics. The motion graphic should create an exciting experience where the viewer can sense, feel, and completely understand the data.
